Your booking details.

When you request a table, we collect your name, phone number, email, preferred date and time, number of guests, and any notes you choose to share.

How we use them

We use these details to review your request, contact you about availability and arrange your visit. Sending a request does not confirm a reservation.

Where your request goes

Online requests are delivered to the café’s Gmail inbox through our email delivery provider, Resend. The café team uses that inbox to manage requests. If you choose the email alternative, your own email application sends the details directly. Please only include information that helps us arrange your visit.

Your choices

Optional notes can be left blank. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your booking details, email 320elephantcafe@gmail.com.

Other websites

Directions and social links take you to Google Maps or Instagram, which have their own privacy policies. We do not embed their tracking widgets on this site.
